PROBLEMS WITH GROUPS:
communication breakdown
unfair grades
bossy group member who takes over and doesn't deliver
slackers
everything moves slower
meetings don't happen
off-topic conflict (personality clashes)
dumbasses effect groups too
socialize instead of work
leave someone out
diistractions while using distance solutions for meetings
shy people don't feel comfortable
they don't use all of my ideas
leader always gets blamed
people don't do assigned tasks
everyone wants to be the leader
dominance issues
people misrepresent what they did
personal politics
someone misrepresents their skills
different paces get annoyed with each other
too critical
not critical enough ("yes person")
unrealistic goals
technology gap
